At The Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless our customer service team awards a customer service courtesy credit that will explicitly be applied to your situation. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise covered by the courtesy credit.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us for further assistance.

In some cases, at our sole discretion, our customer service team may issue a customer service courtesy credit.
